We decided to do a Danube River Cruise. It was spontaneous and already late in the season. I checked with Pete. He informed me that the cruise I picked out was already booked solid. He said to let him look for other options. He found another cruise, on another cruise line (Emerald Waterways). Skipping ahead - as our cruise date approached, the Danube River was having some low level issues. Pete stayed appraised of the situation and kept us informed of our options. We opted for a modified itinerary with a couple coach transfers where the river was too low to cruise. This was a rare situation BTW. Emerald has a cruise warranty that covers this situation and Pete processed the papers for partial reimbursement. Pete had our back. We have used him before on other Cruises with great satisfaction. Pete has us booked on an “around Cape Horn” cruise for later next year.
